Evo Morales Takes Two
The wiphala, the rainbow flag of the Aymaras, one of Bolivia's indigenous groups, flies in front of Bolivia's legislature for the first time.
Evo Morales, Bolivia's first indigenous president, upon the inauguration of the second year of his presidency. He is emerging from the legislature building after giving a Chavez-style almost a 6-hour speech.
